Delivery within Pakistan
Delivery is free on all orders across Pakistan. Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
International delivery
We can ship outside Pakistan for a flat fee shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by country. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the customer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp (+92 339 2059908) or by email (zzaighum@googlemail.com). Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Refusing a cash on delivery parcel at the door counts as a cancellation after dispatch. If you paid online and cancel before dispatch, your payment is refunded within 7 working days.
